As a publisher of a website you can benefit by being paid per click or sale that you send from your site to an advertisers website. Clients using Google Adwords can opt not only for their adverts to be displayed on Googles search pages, but also on publishers websites. Googles system for advert publishers is called Adsense.

PPC or Pay Per Click publishers are given code to add to their website. The publisher will select a website category, or the publishing system will select relevent ads to show. As the website owner you get money from when adverts on your website are clicked.
