Many great domains have been bought and sold over the years. With many .com domains taken its next to impossible to find a really good one that will sell for millions.

If you have some domains already that you want to sell or think have value, your first job is to find that value. Things that effect the value of a name include:

How old it is?
The extension that it has, such as .com, or .net
The PageRank of the domain
The length of the domain
Does it contain a keyword(s)
Links to that domain
Number of type-ins
Whether it has characters, numbers, letters and the different combinations
Is there initial interest in the name from potential buyers contacting you?
