Kash Dash - BT and British Gas

Time to save you a bit of cash. If you have an account with BT or British gas and your account is in credit then phone them up and ask them to send you the money. Why should they have it? Have it back in YOUR bank where YOU benefit from it.

If your bill has recently gone up from British Gas then ensure that your meter is read and that you are actually paying for what you are using. This is something that arose today with the bill going up £14. upon confronting them about it they stated that “your usage is covered by the original charge”. They would have put up the charge and said nothing unless contact was made.

You have nothing to lose so give them a ring to get your credit back or simply confront them on your bill. It is disgusting that British Gas are willing to allow customers to over pay them for services that they are not using. So if you are a customer, then please ring up! Don’t pay more than you should!
